Those double leg take downs are one way to use Carry Tiger, take note of when Cung Le uses them & how he sets them up...

Notice that his knees never hit or touch the ground. Wrestling takedowns, where the knee comes in contact with the ground, are fine on mats (most wrestlers also wear knew pads, as I did as a high school wrestler) but this obviously isn't a good idea on the street where the ground in paved in concrete.

Note: This is the Sanda tournament method of using this double leg take down. The no-holds-barred method I was taught drops one's duifang on his or her head or neck. This method is illegal in tournaments for obvious reasons. Also, do not practice this technique without a spotter & soft mats to protect the person being taken down.
