I was wondering if some people would want to share what their feeling of the dan tien is like? In my own practice I am still searching to clarify it.

Get in line. :)

The most I can say is that I feel something akin to blowing up a balloon. It's very hard to do at first, but becomes easier over time.

That being said... I still struggle with it.
