Charles, I was wondering if you ever did anything in a Ming Style? Or other period style besides QIng?

Hi Charles,
Again, your artistry is by far the most beautiful and skillful I have see in over a century. Not that I've been around that long (...hehehe). But you know what I mean? Your artwork has an antiquated look to it and seems almost timeless. The details in the intricate designs are magnificent! I bow to your adherence to traditional methods and historical subject matter. Bravissimo!
Is it possible for you to post some pictures of the Ming Dynasty fitting you have previously done? Your Qing Dynasty era fittings are brilliant and we'd love to see something from the Ming Dynasty period. Most of us would be thrilled to see more examples of your outstanding workmanship! Please?
Ciao, Jon

Most of them are the brass and silver, iron or steel or gold only when the custom's request and budget. not preper to do. Thanks.Scott M. Rodell wrote:Charles, do you also work in other metals, or just brass?

Mr. Mosen, can you please post pictures of the sword when it is completely finished?
Wu, I love seeing your work. I know I'll be seeing a lot more of it for sure. Keep it up!

Re: The making of traditional handmade sword fittings
Hello there'
Yes i am currently making the grip and documenting photos as i go to show everyone my process who might be interested. Graham Cave will be doing the wrap.
After the grip assembly is complete i will continue to document photos of my style of making the scabbard and the finishing touches. The fittings will be off to the local electro platers at some stage for a lick of gold, so i will provide as much info as i can about that.
Hang about though its going to take a little time for me to finish the job.
Cheers..
