Yangjia Michuan 13 Posture Form
This is the 13 Postures Form, sometime refereed to as the 13 Kinetic Movements, that Wang Yen-nien originally developed for the Chinese National Taijiquan Association. You'll note that it is most made of movements from the First Section of the Yangjia Michuan Taijiquan from & from the Bafa Dalu.
