A very interesting article in ARMA by George Turner:
Sword Motions and Impacts
Has anyone tried applying the observations in part one to see if Chinese swords fall within the same parameters as European swords?

Hi Chris,
I don't spend a lot of time looking at ARMA but it does seem to have a lot very interesting stuff in it. I was surprised to read there that wooden training swords, heavy training swords and practice 'dummies' are also a traditional part of European sword arts.
