form movies
Hello, currently I'm learning the one handed and two handed dao forms that Scott Rodell taught during last International Chinese Swordsmanship Festival in Estonia. My teacher was present there. Both forms are referenced here in the threads: http://forum.grtc.org/viewtopic.php?t=557 and http://forum....

can't find it either
Hello Josh,
I'm opening the link from Holand and can't find the download button either.
Tried it with I.E. and with Firefox.
Normaly for the few dollars the book costs I would buy it but the shipping costs make it an expensive book.

I would like to thank Roland for his thoughts on fangsong. I do my ZhanZhuang according to Master Lam Kam Chuen. The standing was never the issue, but after 5 minutes with my arms in the air I began to ache and ache and ...... After 10 minutes I had to lower my arms. Now I can stand for 15 minutes h...

Perhaps you could illustrate in this thread for us Washingtonians? Please let me add my voice to the choir. Not only the Washingtonians would like to bennefit. Although I'm a male I can sympathise with Linda's frustration earlier in the thread. Due to something not being 100% in my muscles (muscle ...

a bit of advice
Need a bit of advice. I'm learning the Yang 13 saber form. Most of what I see on the internet is with a flimsy wushu-dao. From what I've read and I think I agree with that, it is better to do the form with the real thing. That is to say with a real dao. But I do not regard myself a skilled swordsman...

empty swordhand?
I've been rereading some theory on tai chi chuan the other day. The concept of full and empty I can understand. One leg yang the other yin and the hands vice versa. Then when you shift weight legs and hands change from yang to yin and the other way around. I presume the principles of yang and yin al...

Hello, to begin with I'm new to the forum and new to the Tai Chi Dao. (furthermore I'm Dutch so please ignore any errors in my english) I've set my mind to learning an other form besides Tai Chi Chuan CMC-style.
