Dear Roland,
Thank you for the information and encouragement. I am learning a lot from the great knowledge that Laoshi and everyone else is generously sharing here, and I hope to be able to practice with some of you guys in the future
Take care.

Dear stampe, You have many years of training in Tai Chi Chuan, I have a few questions if you don't mind me asking. What were the main methods for developing "internal force" that your masters taught you? Did any of them ask you to take a pattern out of the from and repeat it many times on both sides...

Dear vincenzo, If you see in the picture that Yang Cheng-Fu looks much older than Zhang Qin-Lin then he is definitely a different person than Zhang in Laoshi's lineage. The real Zhang was only 4 years younger than Yang Cheng-Fu. He was born in 1887, so if you see a picture showing him in 1930 as a y...

I watched them. Thank you G-Man they are excellent. Does anyone know, is the sword form that Cheng Man Ching practiced the Yang 32 form. I ask this because my teacher here told me that later on he will teach us a 32 step sword form, so I was wondering if it might be similar to the form Cheng Man Chi...

Dear iglazer, I think master Liao's Tai Chi Chuan is from the Temple Style or Wudang Style. I bought this book last year. It has lots of information about Chi development and circulation, and the building of internal energy. The breathing and Chi Kung methods described in his book contain lots of vi...

Thank you for the videos, it's the first time I see CMC do pushes. Though I had expected CMC to have less movement when pushing someone. Especially after reading about some Tai Chi Chuan or other Internal arts masters who could send someone backwards with minimal movement. Hong Junsheng (1907-1996) ...

This is part of an interview (1970s) with Chang Yiu Chun (1899-1986), student of Yang Shao Hou: Q. Many people in the West have changed the Yeung Cheng-po style even more. Even in China we now have people changing the styles trying to integrate the three styles. (the beginning of the Peking styles.....

Dear Linda, I hope to work on improving my form, it's so bad right now. How long have you been learning/practicing Tai Chi? ..but does that really matter? Some of us just have to pay a bigger price to achieve the goals. Yea, it doesn't really matter :) I wasn't sure though because some Intensive cou...

Dear Laoshi, My teacher here is very kind and skilled. The problem though is that he is teaching Tai Chi Chuan mostly for health (only forms), because the students who are learning from him, just care about the health aspect (I know, learning Tai Chi Chuan as a martial art provides better health). A...
